Order

Order Acceptance

Once your order is received, we will confirm it via email or phone call.
A binding agreement is created only after our confirmation.
If there’s a price change or any issue with your order, we will inform you immediately.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days after confirmation.
In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via call or email.

Payment

All orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
There are no hidden charges — you only pay the amount mentioned in your order confirmation.

Warranties

All products come under our quality assurance policy.
If any item is found defective or not up to standard, you may return it, and we will bear the return shipping cost.
