At OhBaby.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Guidelines

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  (Fashion items may be tried on to check fit and will still be considered unworn.)

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 working days of receiving your order.

• Please include a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for return/exchange.

• Customers must send the item via a traceable courier service at their own expense to our address.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the returned item.

• Clearly mark the parcel as “Return Item” to avoid any delay or confusion.

• No refund or exchange is applicable on Baby Care and Feeding items due to hygiene reasons.
